Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Design Orchard. If you don't, you can return it for up to 30 days after delivery, We must be notified within 14 days that the item is going to be returned to us. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

All returned items must have original tags and packaging; and have not been installed, used, or modified. We are proud of the quality of our products - if your order arrives damaged or defective or you'd like to order replacement parts, we can help straight away. Replacement Parts

Please email referencing your order number & the code of the item you need a part for, with a brief description of what it is you need. This will then be forwarded to your address free of charge.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or not fit for purpose, please email referencing your order number and the code of the defective product. We will then arrange collection of this item with our courier, you will be notified of the day & time parameter. A replacement item will be posted to you immediately. This happens rarely and we are more than happy to sort out any issue that may arrive with any of our products.
Exemptions to our returns policy:

  • Any personalised item purchased from
  • Art, Sculptures, Ceramic’s, Glassware that is commissioned to your requirements.
  • Perishable products, including food.
  • Gift Vouchers
  • Personal items sold with a hygiene seal i.e. bath & body  products.

Cancellation Policy

Any order placed on that is going to be personalised or commissioned for you in anyway, must be cancelled within 24 hours – anything cancelled after this time frame only 50% of the order value can be refunded.
